Get to know your hosts! Pals Plus Library Consortium and Passaic County’s Department of Cultural and Historic Affairs are partnering to host the Passaic County Book Festival.
PALS Plus is a consortium of 22 public, and academic libraries located in New Jersey’s Passaic, Essex, and Hudson counties. Their libraries share resources to better serve the needs of our communities.
The County of Passaic’s Department of Cultural and Historic Affairs (DCHA) creates and maintains a flourishing cultural landscape throughout Passaic County. DCHA is responsible for developing, promoting, and implementing public programs throughout the County as well as maintaining and preserving the County’s various historic sites for the benefit of future generations.
