TrailBound Project - NJ Outdoor School is offering a "Hiking Gear Essentials" course at The New Weis Center for Education, Arts & Recreation in Ringwood. The course is $69 and will go over the essential items in your pack and talk about why they are necessary. Students here will have the opportunity to see these items firsthand, and leave with a new understanding of being prepared for the outdoors. The course begins at 9:00 a.m.

From 11:00 a.m., The Ringwood Health Department is offering a Turkey Stroll at the E.G. Hewitt Intermediate School Walking Path. You can get a nice walk ahead of that big Thanksgiving meal, donate to a food drive, and participate in family fun activities!
