The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate William J. Pascrell Jr., Pascrell for Congress Inc., refunded $2,900 to Francis Giuliano on Sept. 30, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Pascrell for Congress Inc. has refunded $13,200 total since April 1.
