A big thank you to Verizon for providing volunteers last month to help construct a 300 foot boardwalk on the interpretive nature trail at @Rifle Camp Park in our Borough of Woodland Park!
The boardwalk was built over a section of the trail that stays wet and muddy for long periods of time and will now provide easier access for all to enjoy the trail. The County provided the materials and the volunteers dug holes, framed, constructed, and painted the boardwalk.
